Notice: Christmas orders
Orders made after the 9th of December are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas, to Austria and Germany. For other EU countries, we can give no certain dates, but ordering even earlier is likely required for delivery before Christmas.
Delivery is free of charge for orders to Austria and Germany. For deliveries to other countries within the EU mainland, a flat rate of 20 euros per order is charged.

Delivery times
It usually takes between 8 and 15 working days from order placement to delivery.
Delivery companies
Gams Media products are delivered by DHL, DPD, UPS or TNT/FedEx. When a product is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking link by email to follow the delivery process.
The prints are very well packaged to ensure they arrive in first class condition.
We are however unable to offer a choice for which delivery service, will be used for an order.
